1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Single Crystal Diamond Ring website (operated by Agochar Tech LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Services

We offer single-crystal lab-grown diamond rings and related services including:

• Ready-made rings from our collection
• Bespoke/custom ring commissions
• Consultation services

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are provided upon inquiry due to the unique nature of our products
• All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon during consultation
• Payment terms will be specified in individual sales agreements
• For bespoke orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due before shipping
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Orders and Commissions

Collection Pieces: Available rings from our collection are subject to prior sale. We will confirm availability upon inquiry.

Bespoke Commissions: Custom orders require a formal agreement specifying design, specifications, timeline, and payment terms. Bespoke creations typically require 1-3 months for completion.

Ring Sizing: Single-crystal diamond rings cannot be resized after creation. Accurate sizing is the customer's responsibility, and we strongly recommend professional sizing before ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide using secure, fully insured courier services
• Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed before order completion
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the product does not match its certification or has manufacturing defects
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Custom/bespoke orders are non-refundable once production begins

8. Certification and Authenticity

Every ring is accompanied by certification from GIA, HRD Antwerp, or IGI. We guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of all certifications. If any certificate is found to be inaccurate, we will address the issue at our expense.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Agochar Tech LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agochar Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

11. Warranty

We warrant that our rings are free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the ring. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear. Diamond is extremely hard but can chip if struck at certain angles — this is not a manufacturing defect.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services:

• Step 1 - Direct Resolution: Contact us directly to resolve the matter informally within 30 days
• Step 2 - Mediation: If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• Step 3 - Legal Proceedings: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts as specified below

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
