Shipping & Delivery

1. Worldwide Shipping
We ship single-crystal diamond rings to customers worldwide. Due to the exceptional value and unique nature of our products, all shipments are handled with the utmost care and security.
We currently ship to all countries except those under international sanctions or where import restrictions apply to jewelry or precious stones.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via secure, fully insured courier services:
- Primary Carriers: FedEx Priority, DHL Express, or Brink's secure transport
- Signature Required: All deliveries require an adult signature
- Discrete Packaging: Plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents
- Real-Time Tracking: Full tracking information provided upon shipment
3. Processing Time
Collection Pieces
Available rings from our collection typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and verification.
Bespoke Commissions
Custom orders require 1-3 months for creation. Shipping occurs within 5 business days of completion and final approval.
4. Delivery Timeframes

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and chosen delivery method. The exact shipping fee will be confirmed during the purchase process before payment.
For bespoke commissions and high-value orders, complimentary express shipping may be included. This will be specified in your sales agreement.
6. Insurance Coverage
All shipments are fully insured for the complete purchase value from the moment they leave our facility until successful delivery. This coverage includes:
- Loss during transit
- Theft
- Damage during shipping
Insurance is included in the shipping cost at no additional charge.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated import charges before placing an order.
8. Delivery Requirements
- Adult Signature: An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery
- Valid ID: The recipient may be required to show government-issued ID
- Secure Location: We only deliver to verified physical addresses (no P.O. boxes)
- Delivery Attempts: Couriers will typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts:
- The package will be held at the nearest courier facility for collection
- You will be notified with collection instructions
- If not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned to us
- Reshipment fees may apply for returned packages
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note this on the courier's delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photographs. Do not sign for visibly damaged packages without noting the damage.
